Fill a form from a spreadsheet
Fill the same PDF form once for every row of an Excel or CSV sheet, and download all the filled forms in one ZIP. Match columns to fields, name the files, and keep everything on your device.
or drop it here

How it works
- 1Add a PDF form that has fillable fields.
- 2Add your spreadsheet and match its columns to the form's fields.
- 3Download one filled form for each row, as a ZIP.
Your file stays on this device
PDF Tools does the work inside your browser. Your file isn't uploaded or stored, and the site is technically blocked from sending it anywhere.

- The first row of the sheet must hold column headings. Matching columns are picked for you by name.
- Tick boxes are ticked by yes, true, 1 or x. Choice and drop-down fields need a value that is one of the form's options.
- Works with .xlsx and .csv files, up to 1,000 rows. Save older .xls files as .xlsx first.
- The form must have fillable fields. If it doesn't, Add text can type on it one copy at a time.
